Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Hardware

  Carefully repackage your items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all keycaps, switches, cables, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to the Forge

  Affix your prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's integrity, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
